Seven360 (originally Shoofly Publishing) are a small IT company based in the North East of England and have been providing the School360 services to schools in the North East for over 6 years. We have a contract with Northumberland County Council to provide School360 services to schools in Northumberland. We also contract directly with schools outside of Northumberland. Seven360 is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. All information and data by which you can be identified when using school360 will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

When your school decides to use School360 we do an initial synchronisation with the school's teacher, pupil and class information. We do this by synchronising with the school MIS system or using csv files provided by the school. We then synchronise daily with the school's MIS system to (when available) to ensure the data is up to date. A full description of the information we obtain is detailed below.
When you access the school360 service, we use a unique username and password to ensure you receive a personalised experience and can only access data and services that you have been authorised to access. We also record the time you logged in and which applications you use.
We do not access or use your data or files in any way other than required to enable you to use the School360 applications, for example to:
Google analytics, login and other usage-data is used by us to see which parts of our service are most popular and to feedback usage information to schools via the School360 admin sys.
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as set out in any relevant contract for service provision.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We currently have two parent apps, for EYFS parent observations and general contact with Parents. We are planning to merge these apps in 2021. Parent's access the apps using an account created by the school where their child attends.

Pupils access the EYFS app using School360 their simplified EYFS account details generated by the school360 system. The login process has been deliberately simplified to enable young children access the system in class with a teacher or at home with guidance from their parents. The login credentials consist of a unique 5 digit pin, colour and object combination. We expect parents to be present and help when their children access the EYFS at home.

Teachers can enter observation and reflection data and images into the EYFS system using either their school360 accounts of the school360 EYFS mobile app.
Teachers can also make comments against parent observations.
Parents can add/edit/remove their own observation data and images using their child's account. VERY IMPORTANT Parents should only upload images and associated information that they would be happy to be in the public domain.
