School360 Learning Journal App - Privacy Policy

School360 Learning Journal app enables teachers to make digital observations regarding a student's progress against the UK government's EYFS Foundation stage profile.

What information is collected from you?

Teacher can record and send the following data to School360 using the School360 Learning Journal app:-

• Comments regarding student performance.
• Photographs of students as evidence of performance.
• Other photographs at the discretion of the teacher.

How is your information used?

We do not access or use the data or files in any way other than required to enable you to use the School360 Learning Journal app, and the corresponding School360 services for example to:-

• Track student progress against the UK government's EYFS Foundation stage profile.
• Identify areas of the curriculum covered / not covered by teaching.
• Provide reports regarding the above.
• Share the above data with the student's parents.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
